I'm glad some people are paying attention, although I do think there's much more to this story than simple corporate interest. SUP are a bunch of snakes, highly venomous ones.

I don't think Brad was to blame; he sold to a company that probably genuinely had LJ's best interests at heart, even though 6A didn't really understand what they were getting into and found the potato too hot to handle. My suspicion is that SUP, desperate to get full control of LJ while the Terentyev case was going on, offered a massive sum of Kremlin-sponsored funds that no company in their right minds would refuse. I bet they paid well over the odds for what LJ was actually worth.
